Download Policy.

When a customer purchases a digital product, they are sent a download link. After a customer clicks the link, they have 24 hours to download the product before the link expires.

If the link to download the product is not used within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation, the link will expire and the product will no longer be able to be downloaded.

Should you have any issues with using the download link provided with your order confirmation, please contact us with reference to your order number.

Tutorial downloads are sent as .pdf documents. After download, the pdf can be saved on your PC, Phone or Tablet.
